About Kimberly
A Space for Growth and Self-Understanding

As the founder of Twin Midline Therapy, I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complexities of emotional well-being through a focus on trauma recovery. My goal is to empower you with practical strategies and a nurturing space for self-exploration. I believe that through our therapeutic partnership, you will gain the tools necessary to guide your journey toward fulfillment.

My path to this work is deeply personal. As a first-generation Latina, I grew up navigating the pressures of acculturation, language barriers, and the profound impact of generational trauma within the immigrant experience. Embracing and healing these parts of my own history has fueled my passion for helping others do the same. I don't offer quick fixes; instead, I facilitate grounded, judgment-free conversations that lead to lasting, meaningful change.
